$75,000 – $100,000 DOE + Bonus | Great Benefits

Exclusive Search Partner: Plan2Placement

After successfully placing our client’s Director of Recruiting , the team is now looking for a driven Recruiter to partner with the Director and help scale their national Talent Acquisition function. This is a fully remote, hands-on role supporting high-growth hiring initiatives across multiple business functions.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, growth-oriented role where you’ll support the Director of Recruiting in executing recruiting strategies, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You’ll play a key role in scaling recruiting processes and supporting the company’s aggressive hiring goals.

What You Will Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles across Engineering, Product, Sales, Operations, and Corporate functions
  • Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Support the development and optimization of hiring processes
  • Assist with workforce planning and recruitment analytics
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
  • Track recruiting metrics and KPIs to support continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience supporting high-growth companies or scaling teams quickly
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment while collaborating closely with leadership
  • Passion for helping candidates find the right opportunities
  • Bonus: ATS experience or background in recruiting across multiple functions
