Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated QA Tester to play a pivotal role in driving high-impact, cross-functional projects. In this position, you will navigate varying levels of complexity, applying your expertise in test development, execution, and project management to ensure we deliver seamless, high-quality experiences for our customers.

As a subject matter expert within your workstream, you will serve as a bridge between technical solutions and operational excellence, supporting both our testing and operations teams to achieve superior results.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Testing: Lead the testing process for both internal and external applications, including comprehensive end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Execution & Reporting: Accurately execute test scripts, document defects with thorough detail, and perform efficient retesting to ensure resolutions are effective.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Partner with IT and various business units to resolve real-time technical issues and conduct deep-dive root cause analysis.
• Solution Mastery: Develop and maintain a robust understanding of the technical architecture and solutions being delivered to ensure testing alignment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a QA or software testing role.
• Methodology: Practical exposure to Agile program development environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with the ability to build a deep understanding of complex technical solutions.
• Preferred Tools: Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable.
• Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate technical findings to diverse stakeholders.
