Position Summary:

The Photography Producer is responsible for managing the logistics, planning, and execution of photoshoots from pre-production through wrap. This role ensures shoots are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with creative direction, while allowing creative leads to focus on concept and visual storytelling.

What you will do ?

Pre-Production

• Build and manage shoot timelines, call sheets, and production schedules
• Source and coordinate locations, studios, permits, and insurance as needed
• Book and coordinate crew (photographer, assistants, stylists, HMU, models)
• Secure equipment, props, wardrobe logistics, and catering
• Track production budgets, estimates, and approvals

Production (On-Set)

• Manage day-of shoot logistics and on-set coordination
• Ensure crew adherence to schedule and run-of-show
• Troubleshoot production issues in real time
• Act as the main operational point of contact on set

Post-Production Coordination

• Coordinate asset delivery timelines with photographer and retouching teams
• Track selects, edits, retouching rounds, and final asset approvals
• Ensure final assets are delivered to internal teams on time

Administrative & Reporting

• Maintain production documents, contracts, and releases
• Track invoices, payments, and production costs
• Archive shoot files, credits, and usage documentation

What we are looking for :

• 2–5 years of experience in photo production (fashion/apparel preferred)
• Strong understanding of photoshoot workflows and timelines
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience working with photographers, agencies, and freelance crews
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and production tools

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM, 1 hour lunch
