JOB REQUIREMENTS: Solomon & Zacek Inc dba Julie\'s Park Caf & Motel is

looking to fill 7 positions for a Housekeeper in Fish Creek, WI. This is a temporary, full-time peak load position for employment from April 1, 2026-November 15, 2026. Duties include: Review daily inventory of rooms, arrivals and departures. Review daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments for the day. Clean motel rooms including: dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen area, lobby and common areas. Items to be laundered include bed sheets and towels. Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards in a timely manner. Pick up ground litter around motel or whatever visible. Wash & fold laundry as needed. May perform similar duties as requested by supervisor. On the job training will be provided by the employer. There are no minimum requirements for the position. Terms & Conditions of Employment: \$16.15/hr, at least 35 hrs/week. Sunday through Saturday, 7:00 am 4:00 pm. Schedule may vary. Overtime pay is \$24.23/hr. Transportation: From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Daily transportation to the worksite will be provided. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide pay for the worker\'s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except there the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$16.28 per day without receipts or \$68/day with documentation of actual expenses. Three-fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment. Tools, equipment, supplies and training: The Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. On the job training will be provided to the worker. Miscellaneous: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due: The pay period is every two weeks; The employer will make all payroll deductions required by law and will not make any deductions which are not required by law; The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. Subsidized housing is available at a cost of no more than \$58 per week the applicable amount will be deducted from the worker\'s pay.
