Job Title: Test Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for a Test Engineer responsible for validating electrical harness assemblies through automated testing systems, ensuring product reliability, performance, and compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform electrical and mechanical testing of wire harness assemblies
· Conduct pull tests, crimp validation, and continuity testing
· Analyse test results and identify defects or failure modes
· Support validation and qualification of new prototypes
· Maintain testing equipment and ensure calibration standards
· Document test procedures, results, and reports
· Collaborate with engineering teams for design improvements
Required Skills
· Experience in testing electrical components or assemblies
· Knowledge of testing tools, validation methods, and quality standards
· Understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and wiring
· Strong analytical and documentation skills
