Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking a well-rounded professional with strong training and customer service skills and a solid understanding of school financial processes, school accounting, and/or payroll processing. In this role, you will receive the technology, training, and team support you need to succeed. This role supports the Boyce Cloud platform and its modules, helping customers troubleshoot issues, learn the system, and maximize the value of our software.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Respond to customer calls and support requests related to the Boyce Cloud platform
  • Troubleshoot issues, providing quick and accurate resolutions
  • Demonstrate knowledge of financial management, fund accounting, payroll, and human resources when assisting customers
  • Take ownership of customer issues and manage escalations as needed to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain service level expectations and prioritize logged support requests effectively
  • Conduct remote training sessions to help customers understand product functionality and how it applies to their daily responsibilities
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing and assist in training fellow support staff

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Helpful Knowledge or Experience

  • School finance, payroll and human resource functions, roles, and responsibilities
  • Experience with Boyce / Komputrol product applications
