Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, narrative-driven SEO Copywriter to join our core centralized marketing division in a full-time remote contract capacity across Latin America (including Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Argentina, Chile, and Panama). Operating as a key strategic voice within our B2B LATAM group, you will step up to claim individual operational accountability for generating highly search-optimized copy that drives consistent organic traffic, expands brand positioning, and converts raw intent into qualified business leads. Shifting completely away from routine un-optimized blogging or passive translation tasks, you will act as a principal search technologist—structuring semantic keyword frameworks, executing data-led content audits, and mapping out user search intent cleanly inside our digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Conversion Content Generation: Create, polish, and deploy high-performing, SEO-optimized copy—including comprehensive blogs, tailored landing pages, educational articles, and resource guides—natively utilizing SEO inbound marketing principles.
• Data-Driven Keyword Research: Conduct rigorous keyword research and search trend analysis using professional telemetry to identify high-value customer acquisition pathways.
• On-Page SEO Optimization Triage: Audit and upgrade active legacy articles, systematically improving search rankings through proper heading tag usage, structural internal linking, meta element configuration, and readability enhancements.
• Cross-Functional Brand Alignment: Partner closely with internal design, product, and localized sales squads to develop cohesive, high-impact content that strictly respects the brand’s tone of voice.
• Funnel Performance Analysis: Track and analyze content performance rows (organic sessions, page rankings, bounce rates, and inbound conversion actions) natively leveraging Content Writer tracking frameworks.
• Content Management System (CMS) Publishing: Format, upload, and publish visual text items cleanly, ensuring absolute formatting consistency across web infrastructures (such as WordPress).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven professional history running advanced SEO copywriting, commercial content writing, inbound digital marketing, or search visibility consulting.
• Deep, authoritative command of on-page SEO mechanics, keyword mapping, semantic topic clustering, and search engine algorithm guidelines.
• Expert-tier background auditing search telemetry, tracking user indexes, and managing content assets natively utilizing SEO monitoring architectures (specifically strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs).
• Language Requirements: Exceptional, absolute mastery of written and verbal communication mechanics in **Spanish**, demonstrating perfect spelling and grammatical construction, with an ability to interpret business data into actionable content.
• Outstanding project coordination skills, displaying a strong self-starter velocity and the capacity to juggle multiple asset requests simultaneously.
• Location Context & Engagement Model: Position open exclusively to qualified writers based permanently and resident within **Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Argentina, Chile, or Panama** to operate under a 100% remote contract framework through Workana.
