The Role

Maryland's energy and public utility landscape is changing faster than at any point in a generation, and our practice sits at the forefront of that change. The attorney in this role will take a leading position on sophisticated regulatory work, including:

This position offering substantial client contact, first-chair responsibility in contested proceedings, and a meaningful role in shaping and growing the practice.

Requirements:

We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds, including private practice, government service, or in-house counsel roles. We also understand that this is an extensive list, and we are open to working with candidates who meet some, but not all, of these criteria.

  • First-chair experience in contested regulatory, administrative, or judicial proceedings
  • A fast learner who is excited to be on the legal cutting edge
