Senior Administrative Assistant
We are a growing low-voltage and multi-entity company led by a highly detail-oriented CEO. We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to support leadership and multiple departments across the organization.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to support a fast-paced business environment. This role will interact with multiple departments including sales, project management, accounting, and executive leadership , and may occasionally interact with clients in a professional capacity.
Strong Microsoft tools and skill sets are required, experience with Monday.com is preferred and administrative coordination across teams are important for success in this role. We value a collaborative team player who contributes positively to the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support Across Departments
Provide administrative support to leadership and multiple departments to help ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Project & Task Tracking
Maintain and update project trackers using Monday.com software . Assist departments in tracking progress and deadlines.
Document Preparation
Prepare, proofread, and edit proposals, reports, presentations, and other business documents. Maintain organized documentation and records.
Meeting Coordination
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items as needed.
Data Management
Assist with data entry, reporting, document management, and other administrative tasks that support various departments.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and recommend solutions that increase efficiency.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 DOE
