A Day in the Life of the District Manager

As a District Manager, you’ll act as a key leader overseeing operations across four restaurant locations, ensuring each delivers excellent food quality, service, and overall performance. You’ll work closely with general managers and their teams, providing guidance, solving operational challenges, and implementing processes that drive efficiency and growth. Your leadership will directly impact team development, customer satisfaction, and the company’s overall success.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily operations for four restaurant locations across Wyoming and Nebraska
• Ensure all restaurants meet company standards for food quality, guest service, and cleanliness
• Train and mentor general managers and their teams to drive high performance
• Analyze financials, manage budgets, and control costs across locations
• Handle staffing needs, including hiring, scheduling, and employee development
• Travel regularly between locations to provide hands-on leadership and support
• Work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience
• 3+ years managing multiple restaurant locations
• Proven experience with scheduling, interviewing, and motivating teams
• Strong budgeting, inventory management, and financial reporting skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Willingness to travel between Wyoming and Nebraska locations
