Hiring for a boutique real estate law firm founded in 2021, known for fast-paced, high-touch property transactions and a collaborative team culture.

Position Overview Seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Paralegal to support attorneys and clients through seamless transactions. Manage a high volume of files with accuracy, initiative, and a client-first mindset.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $70,000 (Based on Experience) + Performance Based Bonus Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 30+ transactions from post-attorney review through closing
• Perform due diligence (OPRA, title searches, etc.)
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, realtors, title companies, lenders, and other stakeholders
• Handle inspection contingencies and negotiate resolutions
• Draft conveyance and transaction documents
• Support administrative tasks: scheduling, calendar management, phone triage
• Ensure excellent client communication and follow-through

Qualifications

• 2+ years resedential real estate paralegal experience (required)
• Paralegal certification a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; Portuguese a plus
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work independently
• Tech-savvy; case management system experience is a plus
