Milber Makris Plousadis & Seiden, LLP, a full-service civil litigation defense firm and business partner to the insurance industry, is seeking a full-time medical/public records administrative assistant. Candidate will process and obtain outstanding records from various providers and entities, including but not limited to, medical, employment, insurance, and public records. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years prior record retrieval experience and/or prior legal office administrative experience with excellent organizational and follow-up skills. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a growing, dynamic firm with a great working environment. We are looking for the right candidate to join our team. This role is based in our Purchase, New York office and requires four days a week in office and one day remote, following a minimum of six weeks in-office training.
