Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for leading the plant’s maintenance operations, including machinery, fixtures, material handling equipment, and overall facility systems. The role involves hands-on participation in the repair and maintenance of facility infrastructure and production equipment.
The position supervises the maintenance and facilities team to minimize operational downtime by implementing effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs. It also involves developing maintenance plans and coordinating schedules through clear communication with plant leadership and cross-functional teams.
Additionally, the role is responsible for controlling maintenance and repair costs by improving internal efficiencies and maintaining strong relationships with external vendors and service providers.
