Survey Project Manager

Location: Greenville, SC

We are recruiting for a Survey Project Manager to join a growing multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firm. This leadership role offers the opportunity to manage diverse surveying projects while mentoring field staff and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage survey projects from kickoff through final delivery.
• Prepare construction layout, as-built, boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys.
• Lead and mentor survey field crews and office staff.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure quality service and project success.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and bid documents for new work.
• Ensure compliance with applicable surveying standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• South Carolina Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required.
• 7+ years of land surveying experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience with construction calculations, boundary, and topographic surveys.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• FAA Part 107 Drone License is a plus.
