Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Maintenance at Days Inn by Wyndham San Diego Hotel Circle, located in San Diego, CA. The Head of Maintenance will oversee all maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and the management of maintenance staff. Responsibilities include ensuring proper functioning of hotel facilities, addressing urgent repair needs, managing maintenance schedules, maintaining equipment and systems, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. The role also involves leading a team, monitoring their performance, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
