Job Description

On Line Design is currently looking for a Giving and Grants Manager to drive donor revenue and build the pipeline of foundation support under $10,000 for a non-profit focused on reducing food waste in the Cincinnati, OH area. In this role you will be asked to lead the development of a donation pipeline, write grant proposals, track performance, and support donor communications.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and develop individual giving strategy in partnership including leveraging multi-channel methods including email, direct mail, and digital
• Monitor revenue goals and provide regular reporting on the process towards achieving the set fundraising goals
• Coordinate stewardship touchpoints with donors and partner with the communications team to assist with donor messaging
• Maintain a pipeline for small foundation and corporate grant opportunities
• Identify, write, and submit grant proposals for awards under $10,000
• Support senior staff or contracted writers in the development of larger grant proposals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, psychology, or similar
• 3-5 years of experience in giving and/or grant writing
• Experience with nonprofit fundraising
• Strong written communication skills including the ability to target different audiences
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple deadlines with high attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with donor databases and fundraising analytics tools
