Fundraising Support Coordinator

The Florida Justice Association (FJA) is growing and we’re looking for a detail-oriented person to join our team. This role provides administrative and donor data support (CRM) for our fundraising, membership and business partner departments. Primary duties involve assisting with fundraising campaign activities, event logistics and donor relationships. FJA offers a fast-paced, exciting work environment. Customer service skills and attention to detail are required. 

This is a full-time position located in our Tallahassee office. Limited travel may be required to support association conferences and events. Excellent pay and benefits. Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with proven organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent people and customer service skills
• Excellent writing and administrative skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Power Point
• Aptitude for Data Entry and Data Management
• Working knowledge of Association Management Systems (Association Anywhere (ACGI)) is preferred, but not required
• Ability to collaborate within a team and communicate effectively
• Experience with major sales or fundraising and event coordination is a plus, but not required
