Job Description



We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of engaging events. In this role, you will work closely with the events team to ensure every project is delivered efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events.
  • Support event setup, logistics, and on-site operations.
  • Coordinate schedules, materials, and event resources.

  • Help maintain event timelines and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the event process.
  • Assist with administrative and operational event duties as needed.
