Job Title: Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist/Customer Support

Duration: 12+ Months Contract with possible extension

Payrate – Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

1 Day Onsite 4 Days Remote

Key Responsibilities

• 1-3 years administrative experience (in automotive industry preferred)
• Working knowledge of computer usage including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to work independently in a matrix environment to execute and deliver results
• Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills
• High attention to detail including precise data entry
• 1+ years’ experience in transportation field or automotive auction house
• 1+ years’ experience in sales or call center
• Monitoring order entry failures throughout the day and correct.
• Dispatch negotiation and a heavy understanding of sales tactics to increase margin.
• Demonstrate proficiency in making real time phone calls through the recorded line to verify vehicle status with pickup sites.
