Salary: $145,000–$155,000 (no bonus)

Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Director of Application Development for a leading higher‑education nonprofit client. This leader will architect, develop, and support internal and external applications that enable campus stakeholders and fundraising teams to operate efficiently. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong communication skills and thrives in a collaborative, low‑drama environment. This role blends 60% management with 40% hands‑on engineering, working across .NET, React, SQL, Power BI, and Blackbaud CRM while guiding a growing team and driving strategic technology initiatives — including ongoing AI exploration.
