QualDerm Partners is seeking a dedicated Dermatology Medical Assistant to join our team in Blaine, MN. We provide comprehensive skin and aesthetics wellness services, specializing in dermatology, skin cancer treatment, cosmetics, and plastic surgery. In the Dermatology Medical Assistant role, you will be an important member of our clinical team, helping to ensure excellent patient care and efficient clinical operations. Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs and compiling detailed medical histories.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring all required instruments and equipment are ready and available.
• Perform basic laboratory testing and handle specimen collection correctly.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage office communications efficiently.
• Educate patients about treatment plans, medications, and skincare routines.
• Keep examination rooms clean, organized, and stocked with necessary medical supplies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, particularly related to dermatology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and standard office software is beneficial.

Compensation Range: $20.20-$26.11 per hour. Final offer will be based on a combination of skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
