We are seeking experienced Bartenders who excel in crafting both classic and innovative cocktails while delivering an outstanding guest experience. This position requires strong mixology skills, customer service expertise, and a keen attention to detail.

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve drinks and small plates.
• Assess customer preferences and provide drink recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to create high-quality cocktails with precision and consistency.
• Maintain knowledge of the bar menu, specials, and seasonal offerings.
• Check customer identification and ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies while keeping the bar area organized.
• Ensure a clean and well-maintained bar at all times.
• Deliver an engaging and guest-focused experience.
• Follow all food, beverage, and alcohol service regulations.

• Proven bartending experience in a high-volume setting.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, garnishing, and drink presentation.
• Must hold a valid state/local Food Handler and Basset card where applicable.
• Must be 21 years of age or older, in accordance with state law.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized.
• Must be available for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
